Maintenance Mechanic - Millwright

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic - Millwright in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in Houston, Texas!

Salary: $30 - $40/hour

Shift: Days + rotating on-call (nights/weekends)

Location: Houston, TX

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rebuild pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and general plant repairs
• Complete alignments and basic piping work
• Follow safety procedures (hot work, confined space)
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs
• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or chemical plant
• Strong pump rebuilding and rotating equipment experience
• Basic welding/electrical knowledge a plus

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
