Shop Helper

Job Responsibilities

Aid in the shop as required by production. Assist technicians with basic tasks, including moving equipment and preparing tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing results as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Experience / Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 1 year of general shop experience preferred. Working knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and related equipment. Ability to safely operate a forklift. Ability to read schematics preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle/feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. Ability to stand for long periods while using tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cooler temperatures.
