Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in clients' lives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of immigration matters, including removal defense
• Appear before immigration courts and USCIS as needed
• Prepare and review legal filings, applications, and supporting documentation
• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in immigration law preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong knowledge of immigration procedures, forms, and court processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
