We are seeking experienced Event & Banquet Staff for an upcoming event with a high-end catering company.

Requirements:

• Previous banquet or event experience required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bartenders must be confident setting up and managing their own bar

Job Summary:

Event & Banquet Staff are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting event setup, service, and breakdown. Each role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet areas according to event layout and safety standards
• Provide professional food and beverage service
• Assist with serving, clearing, and resetting tables
• Support bar setup, service, and breakdown (bartenders)
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house areas
• Deliver food efficiently from kitchen to guests
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor guest needs and provide timely service
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
• Work collaboratively with team members and event leads

Qualifications:

• Banquet, catering, or hospitality experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability for early shifts and event schedules
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift equipment as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Additional Role Requirements:

• Bartenders: Must be able to set up and manage a bar independently
• Lead Servers: Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• BOH/Sanitation: Experience with cleaning and sanitation standards is a plus
