The ideal Steward/Dishwasher candidate brings 3-6 months of prior stewarding or dishwashing experience and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization across all kitchen areas, supporting both restaurant outlets and banquet operations. They are dependable, able to work efficiently during PM shifts, and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling as business demands change. Reliable transportation is essential, along with a team-oriented attitude and a commitment to upholding high standards of sanitation and safety.
What will I be doing?
As a Steward/Dishwasher, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
