Clayton Services is searching for a Warehouse Support Associate to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Warehouse Support Associate will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, and cycle counting, to ensure efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Warehouse Support Associate Responsibilities:

• Efficiently scan, receive, and stage inbound merchandise accurately and promptly.
• Sort, scan, stage, and wrap completed orders for loading.
• Check orders for accuracy and ensure proper loading sequence.
• Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stage orders for pickup, notify customers and process shipping paperwork.
• Conduct receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations with flexibility and responsiveness.
• Maintain warehouse, office, equipment, racking, and materials.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transport companies to support warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite urgent customer orders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic cross-functional team setting while meeting deadlines.
