Boutique Law Firm in Houston seeking to grow its practice with Partner-level Attorneys:

• Practice Areas: Commercial Litigation, IP Litigation, or Corporate Transactional Law
• Office based in Houston but the team is mostly remote
• Bonus-based compensation structure: Your earnings are directly tied to the work you generate and the matters you handle
• Billable Hours: no set requirement
• Very flexible, tight-knit, and entrepreneurial team
• 2 weeks PTO (plus flexibility to work remotely from anywhere)

Qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience as an Attorney with a focus on Commercial Litigation, IP Litigation (computer science or electrical engineering background specifically), or Corporate Transactional Law, with some sort of a book of business
• Partner-level candidates
• Ability to generate clients and business develop
• Currently residing in Texas
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and a team player who is easy to get along with
