We are looking for a customer- focused, detail- oriented Bilingual CSR/Dispatcher to join our team and support daily operations by coordinating deliveries, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is confident making decisions under pressure.

The CSR/Dispatcher acts as the main point of contact between customers and operations. This role ensures timely deliveries, resolves issues, and maintains high customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions
• Build strong relationships with customer accounts through consistent communication
• Provide accurate shipment updates and delivery information
• Communicate with drivers regarding delivery issues and route adjustments
• Handle and resolve driver-related concerns in real time
• Reschedule orders and prioritize urgent deliveries
• Track shipments and ensure on-time performance
• Maintain records of customer interactions and documentation
• Follow company communication procedures and policies
• Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
• Deliver excellent customer service and go the extra mile to support clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• Minimum 1 year of Dispatch/Shipping experience – Required
• Minimum 1 year of Customer xywuqvp Service experience – Required
• Strong phone skills and active listening abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate difficult information professionally
• Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in the glass industry
