We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Practice team at Mercer. This role will be based in Houston or Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the Wealth Practice Growth Leader, you will be responsible for leading and driving practice revenue growth and achieving sales targets within your geography. You will own the sales pipeline by growing its size and maturity, leading proposals, and converting opportunities into revenue. Managing key client relationships and leading high-value engagements will be critical to ensure consistently strategic, high-quality consulting delivery that supports client retention.
