Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Transport patients to and from units and therapy/laboratory areas while ensuring safety, comfort, and privacy.; Check two patient identifiers to confirm the correct patient is being transported.; Follow directives from clinical staff regarding transport requests and equipment positioning.; Observe patient condition and equipment during transport and report alarms or symptoms.; Clean equipment and report defects or safety hazards to supervisor or Nurse Manager.
