Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter leads full life-cycle recruitment for strategic, executive, and hard-to-fill positions, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. The role develops robust search strategies, engages candidates, builds talent pipelines, provides strategic guidance to business leaders, and maintains accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full life-cycle recruitment for strategic, executive, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develop unique and robust search strategies across a variety of functions and disciplines.
  • Identify target companies and talent based on hiring needs.
  • Develop talent prospects into active candidates through effective engagement and evaluation.
  • Build and maintain talent networks and external talent pipelines.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to business leaders on talent market trends and search strategies.
  • Identify and build relationships with strategic talent in the industry.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (e.g., SuccessFactors) with accurate candidate status information.
  • Maintain efficient communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field plus 8 years of related professional experience, or 12 years of related professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Significant experience with full life-cycle recruiting, including high-volume and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in salary negotiations and assessing talent.
  • Experience recruiting for executive, hard-to-fill, or niche positions.
  • Strong external/internal networking and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Should Have:

  • Expert-level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and job analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition systems (SuccessFactors or other ATS) and Candidate Relationship Candidateagement tools.
  • Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures.
  • Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and excellent judgment.

Experience:

  • Proven track record recruiting for strategic and hard-to-fill roles at a national level.
  • Experience in fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environments.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred).
  • Equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
