Salary Range: $58,118.00 - $74,100.00

Description:

Job Summary: Provides administrative oversight for the outreach, implementation, and management functions for assigned program.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with planning, organizing, developing and facilitating assigned programs and events.
  • Assist with the formation of partnerships with business, industry, community agencies, state and federal agencies to meet the needs of the assigned program.
  • Enhance exposure to skilled workforce employment opportunities.
  • Gather and maintain data for and assist in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software; prepare statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses, budget, and evaluations.
  • Keep current on trends, compliance issues, regulations and guidelines regarding subject matter; advise supervisor accordingly.
  • Monitor progress of all community partners, prepare reports and evaluations of activities as required.
  • Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Education or related field required. 4 years experience in student retention, training, teaching, project management, program development and implementation, program sustainment required. Higher education experience preferred.

Licensing & Certification: Valid Texas Driver License

Working Conditions: General Office. Must be able to perform all job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations; remain in a stationary position during shift; move items weighing up to 25 pounds; position self to operate job equipment; apply established protocols in a timely manner. Must access, input and retrieve information from technology devices; communicate with others to accomplish job requirements. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
