Job Title: Complaint Determination Associate
Location: Remote (U.S.) Supporting Acton, MA
Shift: Monday Friday, standard business hours
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $29 $33 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Contract (May 11, 2026 August 8, 2026 with the possibility to extend)
The Complaint Determination Associate will work under the guidance of the Complaint Determination Team Lead within Global Product Monitoring. This role is responsible for executing complaint determination activities to ensure inquiry records are accurately assessed and classified in alignment with global regulatory requirements. This individual will complete all aspects of the complaint determination process while adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.
