Key Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in trial preparation and serve as second chair at trial as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities efficiently.
