A company is looking for an EDI Production Issue Coordinator.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and document notifications of Payer EDI-specific production issuesConduct data analysis and troubleshoot production issues, including running SQL queriesServe as a liaison between VA EDI leadership, OIT technical teams, and business stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree8+ years of professional experience4+ years of experience in EDI operations or healthcare technology troubleshootingAbility to obtain Public Trust ClearanceKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
