What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with questions about their policies and accounts
• Take payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide helpful, friendly support
• Review policy renewals and keep customers informed through timely correspondence
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing clear solutions
• Learn and grow by obtaining your state insurance license with our full support

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English this is a must to effectively serve our diverse community
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Friendly, proactive problem solver dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Ability to work well with others and build meaningful customer connections
• Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (Don't worry, we'll help you through the process!)

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
