A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist responsible for conducting Military and Bankruptcy searches in accordance with client requirements throughout the foreclosure process.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Military (SCRA) and Bankruptcy searches for foreclosure matters in compliance with client requirementsPrepare and deliver completed searches to clients in the specified format and timeframeMaintain accurate records of all searches and compliance actions to support quality control and audit readinessRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferredPrior experience in a foreclosure or bankruptcy law firm, mortgage servicing, or legal support role preferredBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills
