IHG Hotels & Resorts - 6750 Main Street - Responsibilities: Prepare cold and hot food and batch items following food preparation and usage instructions to minimize waste; Transport prepared food from kitchen to cafeteria; set up all stations such as soup, salad, beverage, bread, hot food buffet, etc.; Replenish stations as needed throughout shift and maintain supplies; Perform opening, closing and prep work duties; Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area and report safety hazards or maintenance problems
