The Substation Program Manager Strategic Growth & Delivery will have the opportunity to support the continued expansion of our non-utility substation business. This role is a hybrid leadership position, balancing strategic growth initiatives (approximately 50%) with project management execution (approximately 50%). This role will lead initiatives to strengthen our substation solution, improve supply chain strategies, drive innovation (including AI-enabled tools), and execute complex EPC and services projects for non-utility clients. The successful candidate will influence both near-term financial performance and long-term solution scalability, while maintaining strong accountability for project delivery, safety, quality, and commercial outcomes.
