Key Responsibilities:

• Support Chapter 11 commercial bankruptcy cases from filing through resolution
• Assist with first‑day hearings, pleadings, noticing, and demonstratives
• Draft and file bankruptcy documents using PACER/ECF
• Manage dockets, databases, and electronic case files
• Prepare hearing notebooks and Proofs of Claim
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation
• Act as a senior resource and mentor within the paralegal team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial bankruptcy paralegal experience
• Law firm background required (billing experience essential)
• Deep understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings
