The role begins in Field Service, providing hands-on experience with mechanical systems in diverse environments, and with successful completion of the Field Service training program transitions into a plant-based technician role focused on mechanical maintenance and reliability of power generation equipment. Phase 1: Field Service Technician (First 612 Months) Key Responsibilities:

Required: Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field. 13 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or field service preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and mechanical drawings. Ability to work independently and travel frequently. Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation. Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols. After training (6-12 months) you will be required to re-locate to the Pecos, TX area for plant operations
Preferred: Experience with Wrtsil, MAN, or similar large-bore engine platforms. Certifications in rigging, confined space, or mechanical safety are a plus.

Travel Requirements: This position requires a 70% travel commitment, encompassing both domestic and international, including onshore and offshore locations.
