Inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment from various manufacturers, such as Komatsu, Case, Bomag, Kubota, Tadano, Manitowoc
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
Document service and repair records accurately
Field service techs will respond to on-site service calls in a professional manner
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Own a complete set of standard repair tools, standard tools will not be provided
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in diesel mechanics or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
Proficiency with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions
Primarily outdoor job sites and workshops
MondayFriday, full-time and occasional weekends may be required
