Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
• Handle civil cases through trial

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 4-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters (Required)
