A highly regarded litigation firm is seeking a talented litigation associate with 3–8 years of experience to join its growing Houston office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to take on meaningful responsibility, gain strong courtroom exposure, and progress toward partnership within a well-established practice. Associates work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters and are actively involved in case strategy from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead key components of active litigation matters

• Draft and argue motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Collaborate with senior lawyers on case strategy and trial preparation

• Maintain direct interaction with sophisticated clients

Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years of litigation experience

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience with depositions and motion practice preferred

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
