We're currently hiring for the following roles:

• Restaurant Manager (Brenner's on the Bayou, Grotto Downtown, Brick House Humble, Saltgrass Cypress)
• Wine Director (Mastro's Steakhouse Houston)

Our leadership teams are the heartbeat of our restaurants. These roles are responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing high‑performing teams, and driving operational excellence in fast‑paced, full‑service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly and salaried team members
• Drive exceptional guest service and brand standards
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, labor, and cost controls
• Partner with culinary, service, and sales teams to achieve performance goals
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
• Analyze business metrics and execute improvement plans

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
