Position Overview:

Soliz Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and driven Attorney to join our team in a full-time, on-site role focused on handling a busy car wreck (personal injury) docket. This position requires an attorney who is ready to step into an active caseload and can begin work as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a commitment to advocating for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full docket of car wreck and personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims and litigation process
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and development
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Represent clients in court, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and expectations
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
• Strong proficiency in personal injury law, specifically motor vehicle accident cases
• Proven experience litigating cases and handling files independently
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable settlements
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal communication and client advocacy abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Prior experience in personal injury law with a track record of successful case outcomes preferred
