As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will play a critical role on major hospital, laboratory, industrial, and institutional projects.

Position Requirements:

• Must have experience supervising craft labor in a self-performing environment.
• Past project experience should include mechanical scopes exceeding $5 million.
• Proven ability to monitor production, control costs, and drive schedule performance.
• Strong understanding of management controls, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality, and safety.
• Hands-on background as a craftsperson in the mechanical trades is highly preferred; professional licensing is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate for project needs to take advantage of significant advancement opportunities within our expanding market.

• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all responsibilities.
• Dedicated, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work required schedules, including extended hours when needed.

Certifications:

• OSHA 30 required prior to start date (Company will provide the online course at no cost to employees.)
