Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage projects effectively at our client site in Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of schedule management. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
