Warehouse AttendantLocation: Houston, TXPosition Reports To: Lubes Warehouse ManagerSchedule: Hours Nights 6:00pm-3:00am. Some overtime and weekends maybe requiredCompensation: Commensurate with experience, position and locationResponsibilities:Execute loading and unloading operationsInspect and verify products before storing in warehouseDeliver, stock, fulfill, and count inventoryKeep work area neat and organizedWork with a team to ensure quality, delivery and timeliness of orders are metMaintain and service company equipmentOperate forklift to handle products and warehouse materialsOperate pumps, motors and electrical devicesMaintain a safe work environment in accordance with established safety procedures and practicesOther tasks and projects as assigned by managerBasic Requirements:Valid driver's license and a good driving recordHave at least 6 months warehouse experienceMust be local (live within 60 miles)Courteous and professional demeanorAbility to communicate in English well enough to perform the job dutiesAbility to work productively without constant supervisionStable employment historyPrevious experience operating a fork lift effectivelyMust be able to work in extreme weather conditionsMust be willing to work nights, overtime, weekends, and have a flexible scheduleAbility to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantlyAbility to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk and reach above shoulderPreferred:Experience with inventory control devices such as handheld scanners and electronic order systemsExperience with dehydration and filtering of oils and fuelsExperience working on pumps, motors, and filtering systemsThis position is designated as safety sensitive.
