38B Civil Affairs Specialist
Job Overview:
As a Civil Affairs Specialist, you'll be the link between the Armyand local civilians around the world. You will identify what criticalresources local citizens may need during missions or in crisissituations, fostering and maintaining dialogue with civilian aidagencies and civilian relief and assistance organizations. And you'll beresponsible for coordinating, conducting, and participating in theplanning and production of civil affairs related documents.

17 to 34 Years Old
High School Diploma or GED

9 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available
10 weeks of Basic Training
13 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
107 ASVAB Score: General Technical (GT)
