Smashburger - 7811 Main Street, #400 - Responsibilities: Manage the performance of both FOH & BOH employees; Promote a fun and positive work environment; Provide initial and ongoing training to all employees utilizing SmashConnect, LMS, and 4 step method of training; Manage the guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT); Ensure all food safety standards are followed & in compliance with local health depts.
