The Aspenwood Company - 5000 Cypresswood Drive - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and dining, while encouraging as much independence as possible.; Serve meals in the dining room or residents' apartments, assist in meal preparation, and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.; Initiate and participate in leisure activities, encouraging residents to socialize and build friendships.; Maintain accurate and timely records, documenting leisure activities, incidents, observations, and any changes in residents' conditions.; Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, performing general housekeeping duties.
