Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information management system or similar
• 5-years+ of experience
• Experience in the full Oracle Project suite - Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Resource Management, Project Management, Collaboration, BI, and Project Portfolio Analysis in R12
• Ability to communicate effectively to multilevel stakeholder groups
