Dispatcher

Compensation:

$20 - $25 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Direct and service customer call-ins
• Dispatch drivers efficiently
• Prepare and manage reports
• Schedule drivers/trucks for meter provings
• Use computer-based ticketing systems
• Interact extensively with customers
• Ensure timely coordination of leases
• Resolve ticket disputes
• Promote safety in all decisions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English communication
• Strong oral and written skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Basic math and keyboard skills
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with 10-key calculators
• Proven multitasking abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Xata application
• Knowledge of DOT logs
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry
