Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
In this role, you will administer and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity and access management, group management, security administration, and licensing. You will play a key role in a high-visibility 2026 domain migration initiative, including the synchronization of on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID. This position also manages the company's Windows device fleet, troubleshoots complex system and access issues, and develops or maintains scripts and automations to improve efficiency and reliability. In addition, you will partner closely with internal teams to support enterprise IT initiatives and provide hands-on desktop and end-user support as needed, contributing to a secure, stable, and positive user experience across the organization.

Work Environment:
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The role also involves interaction with enterprise-class IT and infrastructure equipment, including firewalls, network switches, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, electrical panels, and network cabling.
Physical Demands:
This role is primarily sedentary; however, it may occasionally require periods of physical activity. These activities may include lifting and moving computer equipment weighing up to forty (40) pounds, walking up and down stairs, climbing ladders, accessing areas beneath raised computer room flooring and above drop ceilings, and, at times, accessing the building roof.
