HEI Hotels + Resorts - - Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls promptly and greet callers with a positive voice; Transcribe messages and input/retrieve messages from the computer system; Read and verbally recite exact messages for guests; input wake-up information and page guests using PA system; Act as dispatcher for security, guest services and property operations;Provide timely information via paging system and two-way radios to associates; Initiate emergency response as necessary and document pertinent details; remain calm during emergencies
