In this role, you will lead the design and permitting of complex civil projects supporting both energy infrastructure and traditional land development. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of projectsfrom oil and gas facilities and pipeline infrastructure to municipal, commercial, and industrial developments. This is a technical role for an engineer who enjoys ownership of projects, mentoring emerging engineers, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions. As a key member of the civil engineering team, you will lead design and technical execution across multiple project types while helping shape the development of junior engineers. Key responsibilities include:
Work on technically challenging projects across multiple industries, including energy infrastructure and traditional land development. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team solving real-world infrastructure challenges.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited university Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure design Professional Engineer (PE) license Demonstrated experience delivering civil engineering projects from concept through design and permitting Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software Understanding of 2D and 3D drafting and design workflows Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high quality work

The anticipated salary/hourly range for this position is $95,000- $132,800 per year.
