The Kroger Company - 9475 FM 1960 Bypass Rd W - Responsibilities: Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders; Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up; Scan and bag orders following bagging standards; Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders at pick-up; Provide positive customer service experience to encourage on-line shopping
