Compensation: $10 - $13 per hour

We are looking for an amazing Receptionist and Salon Assistant (we call it a Salon Specialist) to join our team 3 days a week. This position will require working full weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday). This is a fully paid hourly position and you're eligible for tips and commissions.

Our receptionists should have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents.

Some of the responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Greet all guests and provide friendly, prompt, and exceptional service
• Manages the salon software, customer appointments and salon traffic flow
• Operate the Point-of-Sale software system
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere
• Sell hair care products and keep retail shelves stocked
• Ensure the store is clean and tidy
• Report to Salon Manager and/or Salon Owner

Requirements:

• Sales experience and able to educate clients on retail products
• Customer service (2 years) preferred.
• Minimum one year experience.
• Must work weekends (our busiest and most fun time!).
• Legal to work in US
