DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to prep, paint, and touch up surfaces
Remove fixtures and clean surfaces
Follow safety protocols while working
Ensure the quality and accuracy of work done
Maintain a neatand organized work environment
Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Cleaning up after each job.
Keeping accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Working with other tradespeople to ensure a successful project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to pass a drug screen, physical exam, & background check
Must be able to read assembly blueprints in English format
Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends as required
Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardization
Working knowledge of shop safety practices
Understanding of quality assurance concepts, typically acquired through in-house training
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Adaptability and willingness to be cross trained
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Comfortable working in a factory environment with temperature variations
Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and repetitive movements for up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
