Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech-focused location; Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, production areas, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification as required by post orders, and document entries, exits, and deliveries per site policy; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or local public services as directed; Complete detailed reports on patrol findings, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate notable activity to the appropriate personnel using approved systems
