Position Overview:
As a Manager in Training, you'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a successful bagel shop while developing the leadership skills needed to eventually step into a management role. You'll work closely with our experienced team to ensure smooth daily operations, top-notch customer service, and the highest quality bagels and baked goods.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the bagel shop, including opening and closing procedures.
• Learn how to manage staff, provide coaching, and maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, resolving complaints, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking product usage.
• Help with scheduling and managing shift coverage.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Learn financial operations, including budgeting and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for food and customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
