What You'll Do as an Apartment Housekeeper:

We're looking for an experienced Apartment Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins
• Maintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage rooms
• Trash out and clean vacated units as needed
• Assist with make-ready preparations as directed
• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards
• Support the on-site team and work collaboratively with all staff members
• Work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Previous Apartment Housekeeper experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Stable work history
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Working Environment:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items as part of daily housekeeping responsibilities. Work is performed both indoors and within community common areas.

All employees must comply with the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
