Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and onsite personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and key areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with managing visitor check-in and/or delivery driver direction according to site policy.; Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or client representatives.
