Job Title: Counter Sales Associate I / Warehouse Associate I / Forklift Operator
Location: Humble, TX 77396
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Seasonal Position

Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate I evaluates customer needs and makes product or service recommendations accordingly. This role is responsible for ensuring proper stocking of branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies, assisting in unloading products and deliveries, and effectively communicating product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship products as needed

• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking inventory

• Provide excellent customer service, recommending products/services based on customer needs

• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies clearly

• Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental standards

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently when required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience

• General HVAC knowledge required

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
