Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and chemical production, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $23.5

Shift: Evenings 2pm - 10:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Record batch data such as ingredients used and measurements taken during production
  • Blend batches and monitor for uniformity using approved processes
  • Prepare ingredients for use in products such as chemicals and pigments
  • Weigh ingredients precisely to match product formulation requirements
  • Clean equipment after use to ensure readiness for the next batch

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work evening shifts
