Job Details
  • 2+ years of labor and employment experience

• Experience with temporary training order and temporary injunction expedited relief proceedings
• Experience with trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation, wage and hour class action litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation
• Strong legal writing skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice and researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings
• Experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts
• Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred
• Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills with an exceptional work ethic
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Must be in good standing and an active member of the Texas Bar.
