Assisting residents and your maintenance team alike
As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for the curb appeal of our resident's homes
Proactively point out potential liabilities and assist in correcting them
What you'll do:
Perform housekeeping services such as picking up trash, sweeping hallways, and cleaning the property swimming pools
Water plants or run soaker hoses and ensure irrigation system is in good order
Trash out vacant apartments by removing items left behind, cleaning the fireplace and patio/balcony area, and ensuring the unit is locked down and secure
Replace exterior light bulbs throughout the community and common areas such as swimming pools, sidewalks, parking lots, etc
Power washing and daily preventative maintenance to all common areas, offices, and model/show units
Clean up trash/debris from around dumpsters
Touch up paint on exterior or common areas as needed
Complete service requests such as testing/inspecting safety equipment and devices, perform water and sewer extractions, and replacing blinds and A/C filters
Clean up after our furry residents (dogs) in the dog parks or grassy areas

Our Hours:
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Groundskeeper position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property's needs and resident activities.
Physical Demands:
Ability to continuously walk for 8 or more hours per day. It is estimated an Assistant Lead Maintenance technician will spend 99-100% of their time moving and on their feet
Frequently moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs. Frequently transporting and moving appliances up to 100 pounds in and out of apartments and across various distances
Must have the ability to climb, stoop, bend and grasp objects
Visual acuity to perform the following: transcribing, operating machines, and motor vehicles, determining accuracy and neatness of work assigned, as well as visual inspection involving small defects and parts
Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting position or stationary standing position 90% of the time
