A well-established waterfront restaurant on the Texas Coast is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead a long-tenured BOH team. Known for bold flavors and a laid-back coastal vibe, this high-volume operation values consistency, mentorship, and strong leadership.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000
• Christmas Bonus: $3K–$4K
• Summer Pay Boost: +$100/week

Requirements

• Proven KM experience
• Exposure to $3M+ annual sales
• Formal P&L and basic HR training
• Ability to train culinary fundamentals
• Familiarity with seasonal staffing and volume shifts
