Hotel Saint Augustine is looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join the team! Hotel Saint Augustine is a 71-room property located in the heart of the Montrose neighborhood. The hotel is spread across five small buildings with an all-day restaurant, lobby bar, and intimate event space. In this role, you'll prepare ingredients and materials that our line cooks need during service, helping ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

• Two (2) years related experience in hospitality or service industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knife skills or willingness to learn
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
